We engaged with the team at The Agency for our first ever trip to the Bahamas. We had a lot of questions all of which were answered very well.
We had a last minute change of plan for guests which resulted in some manic behind the scenes work to get us approvals required. This was all handled with a calm reassuring professional attitude. We hired a large ‘chase boat’ through them as well and this was a great success. Provisions and parts were easily flown in to us and we had a great time in the islands.
